HRI.in is an informational and brand experience website. We do NOT sell products directly to consumers through this Website. No transaction, payment, order, shipping, or delivery occurs on HRI.in. 

Where the Website features “Buy Now,” “Shop Now,” or similar links, those links redirect you to our authorised partner e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, JioMart, and others, collectively, “Partner Platforms”). Once you click such a link and leave HRI.in, your purchase is governed entirely by the terms, conditions, privacy policies, payment terms, return/refund policies, and customer support processes of the relevant Partner Platform

HRI is not a party to the transaction between you and the Partner Platform. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, payment, fulfilment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranties, or any other aspect of any purchase you make on a Partner Platform.

By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. The Website is intended for use by residents of India. If you access the Website from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use, including commercial use, reproduction, public display, or distribution, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission. 

Product Information & Disclaimers 

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product names, ingredients, packaging, claims, shade depictions, and usage instructions on HRI.in are accurate and up to date. However: 

• Colours, shades, and packaging shown on the Website may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and printing variations. 
• Product formulations, ingredients, packaging, and availability may change from time to time without prior notice. The information printed on the actual product pack supersedes information on the Website. 
• All product claims relate to cosmetic benefits only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a known allergy, sensitive scalp, or any skin/scalp condition, please consult a qualified dermatologist before use. 
• A 48-hour patch test is mandatory before every hair colouring application, as instructed on the product pack and leaflet. 
• Results may vary based on hair type, base colour, condition, and application technique.

HRI.in contains links to third-party websites, including Partner Platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, JioMart, and others), social media networks, salon directories, and other online resources. These third-party websites are not under our control.

• Your activity is governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of that third-party website.
• Any purchase, payment, order, shipping, return, refund, warranty, or customer-support interaction is solely between you and that third party. 
• HRI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, pricing, security, performance, or practices of any third-party website. 

We strongly encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it or making a purchase. 

User Submissions, Reviews and Feedback 

If you submit any content to the Website — including queries, feedback, ideas, suggestions, photographs, reviews, social-media tags using brand handles or hashtags, or any other material (“User Content”) — you represent that:

We are not obliged to use any User Content.   

Promotions, Contests and Campaigns 

From time to time, HRI may run promotions, contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, or campaigns on the Website or via partner channels. Each such promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will form part of these Terms for the duration of the promotion. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion. 

No Purchase, Payment, Returns or Refunds on HRI.in 

Because HRI.in does not facilitate sales or transactions: 

• We do not collect any payment, card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet information on this Website.
• We do not process orders, dispatches, deliveries, or shipments through this Website. 
• We do not handle returns, refunds, or exchanges through this Website.

All such matters are handled exclusively by the Partner Platform from which you purchased the product. Please refer to that platform's policies. For product-related queries (e.g., usage, ingredients, batch information, authenticity), you may contact our customer care at cs@hriindia.com.  

Account Registration (If Applicable) 

Certain features of the Website (such as newsletter subscription, salon registration, or product enquiries) may require you to share contact information or create a basic account. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HRI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website, any reliance on Website content, or any transaction conducted on a Partner Platform after redirection from the Website. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law. 

Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HRI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right. 

Termination & Suspension  

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website (or any part of it), with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or for any other operational, security, or legal reason. 

Changes to These Terms  

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, technology, applicable law, or for other operational reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction  

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory laws to the contrary, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. 

Severability and Entire Agreement  

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and HRI regarding your use of the Website.
